Stephen-Will has worked on the trading floor at Tate & Lyle in London, surveyed tankers in the West Indies, run rail wagon trains through the Balkans, and sat in boardrooms designing end-to-end supply chain strategies for Walmart, Tesla, Rolls Royce, Ford, Airbus, AMGEN and the UK Ministry of Defence.
He has held board-level and senior management roles with blue-chip organisations including British Oxygen, Tate & Lyle International, Price Waterhouse and DHL Logistics, as well as successful Silicon Valley startups. He trained at PwC for eight years, is a Climate Reality Project ambassador under Al Gore, and is a certified 10X coach.
He also lived it. He took his two sons, aged six and seven, out of school for a year and travelled across America and around the world by ship, train and RV, deliberately avoiding air travel.
