How the impact numbers are calculated.
The live counters are built from client engagement data, not estimates of our own making. This page sets out where each number comes from, which conversion factors are applied, and which figures are verified rather than projected.

Verified outcomes only.
A number joins the counters once a client has confirmed the saving, reduction or recovery in their own reporting. Opportunities identified in a Sprint are not counted until they are implemented and confirmed.
- Baseline: established during the 30-Day SCO Sprint from the client's own operational data: waste transfer notes, freight manifests, packaging specifications, energy bills and supplier records.
- Outcome: submitted by the client each quarter against that baseline, using the same data sources, so the before and after are measured the same way.
- Counted: only the delta the client confirms. Where a figure is a projection it is labelled as such in the table below and excluded from the live totals.
What each counter counts.
Every derived number uses a published factor rather than an internal assumption, so the arithmetic can be checked.
Launch values are drawn from the proof-of-concept engagement. As each new client reports, their verified data is added to the totals and the "last updated" date changes.
What the counters do and don't claim.
Implemented and confirmed
Savings and reductions the client has implemented and confirmed in writing against the Sprint baseline.
Identified but not yet implemented
The $500,000 a Sprint is guaranteed to identify is an opportunity, not an outcome. It joins the counters only once it has been captured.
